According to the J.D. Power 2024 U.S. Paint Satisfaction Study, Sherwin-Williams achieved the highest ranking in the interior paint segment. The 2024 U.S. Paint Satisfaction Study is based on responses from 6,892 customers who purchased and applied paint and/or stain in the past 12 months. The study was fielded from January-February 2024 and examines key drivers of satisfaction among customers who purchased and applied interior paint, exterior paint and/or exterior stain.
The overall customer experience is based on seven key drivers of satisfaction: adequacy of coverage, durability, ease of application, ease of cleaning surfaces, level of trust, value given price paid, and variety of offerings.
